What You'll Do:
As aWellness Advisor I, you will ensure the safety of YMCA members in strength and cardio areas. You'll facilitate retention appointments to engage new members, track their progress, and help them achieve their wellness goals. Your proactive support will guide members through the onboarding process while fostering a motivating and safe environment.
