Job summary

Missouri Valley Family Ymca in Bismarck, ND is hiring a full-time Custodian for the Youth Development Center. You will keep the childcare facility clean, safe and welcoming, performing duties such as cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows and surfaces, and disposing of garbage.

The role includes an afternoon-evening schedule (Mon-Fri 1:30 pm–10:00 pm) with an excellent benefits package, free YMCA membership, paid time off, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.82 Hourly

The Custodian is responsible for being part of a team that keeps the YMCA Youth Development Center, a licensed childcare & preschool facility, clean, attractive and ready for use. They help to provide children & families a clean, safe and positive atmosphere.

Kevin Kerr, Fitness Associate said, "After teaching 35 years, I enjoy working at the Y because I can stay active and get out of the house. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you feel like you belong. The members are upbeat because they are there to do something that they want to be doing. Being able to work part time is nice, as is getting to work the hours that I was looking to work."

The Custodian is responsible for duties such as cleaning:

• Bathrooms
• Floors
• Windows
• Surfaces
• Disposing of garbage

Full Time

Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm-10:00 pm

Qualifications
