Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to perform light lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Courteous, friendly and efficient in providing service to YMCA members.
• Cooperative and customer-focused attitude toward member needs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to branch policies and safety procedures.
• Patrols facility and logs observations.
• Enforces gym usage guidelines and safety.
• Secures building and ensures doors/windows are closed.
• Responds to accidents/incidents with proper reporting.
• Provides tours and answers member questions.
