TSMC Arizona is seeking an experienced Yield Enhancement professional to reduce defects and improve yield in its advanced fab. You will own defect sources, drive aggressive reduction roadmaps, and work with process teams to maintain tight process control in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.
Ideal candidates have hands-on metrology tool experience, strong data interpretation skills, and excellent cross-functional communication. Relocation assistance is available for this Phoenix-based role.
