Micron Technology is hiring an Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer in Boise, ID. As a Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer, you will investigate electrical failures and yield issues to identify root causes and enable corrective actions. This role combines hands-on failure analysis, data-driven problem solving, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve yield, reliability, and engineering productivity while supporting new technology and product ramp efforts.
