Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis and develop visualizations for process development roadmaps.
• Develop methods to analyze diverse big data sources for yield modeling.
• Maintain systems to interpret fab process, defect, and electrical data for yield improvements.
• Apply statistics, ML/AI and coding to extract insights from large data volumes.
• Transform experimental and manufacturing data into yield improvement actions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and implement custom algorithms.
