Range: $49,764-$89,318 annually, with Employer-paid retirement, dependent upon previous experience.
Terms of Employment: 9 Months or (185/189 Days).
FLSA Status: EXEMPT, salaried position on the Licensed Employee Salary Schedule.
The teacher will implement appropriate educational curriculum based on Nevada Academic Content Standards and district-approved curriculum. Responsibilities include creating a positive learning environment, adhering to district standards, and reporting to the school administrator.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Licenses: Must possess or obtain a Nevada teaching license and certification in relevant subject area.
Ability to perform tasks involving coordination, stamina, and cognitive skills necessary for teaching and technology use. Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Work in climate-controlled classrooms, potential exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and crowded environments. May involve hazards like furniture, equipment, and chemicals.
