This position is based in Florida and offers a competitive hourly rate. You will prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and identify tax savings opportunities while delivering empathetic, consultative service and IRS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must complete continuing education and state/IRS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and advise on Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive office environment.
