Job summary

Stellantis invites motivated students to join its Purchasing Student Program, a year-round involvement in sourcing, cost reduction, and strategy development. You will gain hands-on experience across Direct and Indirect Purchasing while collaborating with teams and leaders.

Based in Auburn Hills, MI, the program blends remote and onsite work, with relocation support and the opportunity to participate in multiple quarterly cohorts. Strong communication and analytical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university at the time of hire.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round.
• Willingness to relocate, if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, cost reduction, strategy development and financial analysis activities across the Purchasing organization.
• Gain experience across Direct/Indirect Purchasing and other functional areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results.
• Interface with colleagues at various levels within Purchasing and the organization.
