Job summary

Stellantis GPS is a two-year, full-time development program for early-career professionals in Supplier Quality & Purchasing. You will rotate through four six-month assignments across Purchasing and Supplier Quality, tackling real projects that influence supplier performance, cost, quality and launches.

From day one you are Stellantis employee, with structured onboarding, mentoring from leaders, and opportunities to advance into long-term Purchasing or Supplier Quality roles based on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies, competitive quotations, supplier negotiations, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and risk data to inform decisions.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational and quality issues.
• Contribute to supplier assessments, industrialization activities, product and process readiness.
• Support vehicle and product launch activities by monitoring supplier deliverables and driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Lead defined projects, present recommendations, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
