Job summary

Shea Concrete Products in Nottingham, NH, is hiring a Construction Laborer-Year round. This full-time position offers paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and year-round employment at our precast concrete plant.

Duties include preparing forms, setting up molds, placing reinforcement, and finishing concrete, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Benefits include medical, life and dental insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical outdoor/indoor labor environments.
• Ability to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
• Prepare molds for stripping from hardened concrete.
• Clean, prepare and set up molds for use in production.
• Place and secure reinforcement in precast forms.
• Layout and secure embeds and knockouts.
• Place and finish concrete into precast forms.
• Perform carpentry tasks as needed.
