Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

You will be responsible for various custodial tasks, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and consistently meet our high standards of cleanliness. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to facilities maintenance. Although this job is primarily an overnight position, occasional day shifts will be required.

This is a full-time position with benefits. The schedule is for overnights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Perform custodial duties including vacuuming, cleaning, buffing, and maintaining floors.
2. Ensure all spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces.
3. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.
4. Wipe mirrors and windows.
5. Ensure all areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Carry out routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
7. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.

Skills

1. Experience in custodial work, including buffing and floor care.
