Job summary

Schoolhouse Of Wonder in Durham, NC seeks a Year-Round Lead Camp Counselor to guide a team in outdoor programming for children aged 5–12. You’ll model kindness, curiosity, confidence, and empathy while leading games, hikes, crafts, and river explorations.

You’ll safeguard participants’ safety, participate in trainings and events, mentor staff, and help develop camp schedules and reports, with strong teamwork and communication throughout the program.
