Job summary

Monarch Co is hiring a Landscaper for full-time, year-round work in Grand Rapids, MI. The role pays $20.00 per hour with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 26-state presence noted in the ad.

Responsibilities include general landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance across our communities, plus snow removal duties when needed and being available on-call 24/7 during snow season.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional landscaping experience.
• Snow plowing experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Basic landscape, lawn care and grounds maintenance across properties.
• Assist in Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants.
• During snow season, clear driveways and parking areas and apply deicing materials; on-call 24/7 during snow events.
• Maintain multiple communities' landscaping under supervisor.
