Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a landscaping crew or senior crew leadership role.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and equipment locations.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment and snow plow trucks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew across maintenance, hardscape, plantings, seasonal cleanups, and enhancements.
• Review daily scopes with the crew and ensure quality workmanship.
• Operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and related gear.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Maintain safe work practices and proper equipment use at all times.
• Keep jobsites, vehicles, and equipment clean, organized, and professional.
• Communicate progress, material needs, scheduling updates, and challenges with supervisors.
• Represent the company with excellent customer service under client-facing situations.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and team performance.
• Serve as Snow Plow Driver during winter snow events, operating trucks safely.
