Cedar Point seeks a Lifeguard for Castaway Bay Resort in Avon, OH. You will monitor pools, slides, and the lazy river, ensuring guest safety and enforcing waterpark rules while maintaining training and readiness to respond with proper rescue equipment.

Position is part-time year-round with a stated pay of $18/hour, plus a sign-on bonus structure. Eligible perks include free uniforms, free admission to Cedar Point properties, and various discounts for staff and family.

• Receive continued training.
• Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment.
• Part Time Year Round Castaway Bay Lifeguard: $18/hour
  • Part-Time Associates are not eligible for Cedar Point Housing

Sign-On Bonus:

• $200 Bonus - Paid following Completed Onboarding.
• $200 Bonus - Paid following 90 days of active working.

Total Bonus after 90 days of active work: $400
