Cedar Point's Castaway Bay Lifeguard role invites you to help keep guests safe and create memorable experiences at our water features in Amherst, OH. This part-time, year-round position offers competitive pay and perks while you train and grow with our team.

Starting at $18/hour with a $400 sign-on bonus after onboarding and 90 days of active work, you’ll gain ongoing training, free uniforms, and access to Cedar Point admission, local attractions, discounts, and special employee events.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Commitment to safety and good judgement.
• Ability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as a Lifeguard means you’ll keep our guests safe at our pools at our Castaway Bay Resort. You’ll also…

• Earn a PAID lifeguard license.
• Monitor and enforce the waterpark rules in our pools, slides, and lazy river.
• Receive continued training.
• Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment.
• Part Time Year Round Castaway Bay Lifeguard: $18/hour
  • Part-Time Associates are not eligible for Cedar Point Housing

Sign-On Bonus:

• $200 Bonus - Paid following Completed Onboarding.
• $200 Bonus - Paid following 90 days of active working.

Total Bonus after 90 days of active work: $400
