Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is hiring for part-time and seasonal roles in California. The position offers truly flexible schedules with hours Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed on Sundays.

You will assist customers, help with food preparation, and promote product benefits while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service experience; prior food service or retail roles are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred, especially in fast-paced retail or restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout shift.
• Follow all processes, procedures and safety policies.
