Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is hiring for part-time and seasonal roles that fit around school, family, or other commitments. Our stores offer truly flexible schedules and operate Monday through Saturday, with Sundays closed.

As a team member you will assist customers, help with food preparation, and support store operations while delivering friendly, high-quality service and maintaining cleanliness. Training provided with opportunities to grow in a premier brand.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits; drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive during shift; take responsibility for tasks.
• Follow all processes and comply with company standards, including safety and respectful workplace policies.
