Job summary

Phillips Staffing is seeking Yarn Changers to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate that offers advancement opportunities and the possibility of full-time status as early as 90 days.

Responsibilities include identifying yarn tube color, managing stock, operating tugger and backwinder, and maintaining a clean work area while reporting non-conformities in the Quality System.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and be trained.
• Ability to recognize colors and operate basic shop tools.
• Strong dexterity required.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and be trained
• Ability to recognize colors, operate an air hose, broom, tugger, printer, and utility knife
• Strong dexterity required

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $14.42/hr
