What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content, including SCORM-compliant courses and microlearning modules tailored to Yardi workflows
- Translate complex Yardi system processes into clear and intuitive training materials aligned with adult learning principles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal departments to gather requirements and validate training content accuracy
- Regularly update training materials to reflect new workflows, software updates, and regulatory changes
- Administer and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and clear reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or software training, preferably in a senior housing, real estate, or healthcare environment
- Direct experience with Yardi modules such as Voyager, Payscan, and eProcurement
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules used in senior housing or property management operations
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
- Prior experience with training in property management systems like RealPage or Entrata
- Experience developing instructor-led content, either virtual or live
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and best practices for SCORM or xAPI integration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
