Summary

The Yardi Software Trainer is an experienced and dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the Yardi Senior product suite. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to provide comprehensive training to stakeholders, deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and offer ongoing support to ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the software to its fullest potential.

The Software Trainer will work within a high-demand, performance-driven environment focused on implementing scalable solutions aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
  2. Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on the Yardi Senior product suite, tailoring to stakeholder needs.
  3. Create and maintain training resources such as user guides, tutorials, videos, and FAQs.
  4. Update training materials to reflect product changes and improvements.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Yardi Senior product suite, including new features and best practices.
  6. Proactively recommend workflow and process improvements.
  7. Organize and schedule training sessions and monitor attendance and feedback.
  8. Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues.
  9. Monitor CRM system performance and data accuracy.
  10. Develop status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Anticipate and resolve risks and dependencies to facilitate project success.

Minimum Requirements
Skills / Knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage portfolios of work.
  • Understanding of project management and agile practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience designing and leading training programs.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Experience
  • At least 3 years in software training, preferably SaaS or property management software like Yardi.
  • Experience with senior housing or property management industries is a plus.
  • Experience conducting virtual and in-person training.
  • Familiarity with Yardi products such as Voyager, RentCafé, and others listed.
  • Experience in project management, implementation, or consulting in real estate or healthcare sectors.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications like Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred.
