Job summary

Edgewood Properties seeks a contract Project Manager to lead its Yardi ERP implementation onsite at the headquarters in Piscataway, NJ, five days per week. The engagement is anticipated to run 8–10 months with potential extension for additional IT initiatives.

This milestone-driven role requires rigorous planning, stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors while ensuring IT/business alignment through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in milestone-driven projects.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously across domains.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master project plan and schedule.
• Lead the Yardi ERP implementation and other IT initiatives as assigned.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage risk, budget, and change control across workstreams.
