QXO is seeking a Yard Associate to support safe, efficient yard and warehouse operations. You will assist customers, handle materials, prepare orders, and maintain an organized work environment in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork. You will operate forklifts with training provided, verify quantities, support inventory flow, and collaborate with drivers, sales teams, and management to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling roles.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and store building materials in yard/warehouse.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Verify quantities and product accuracy before loading or shipment.
• Support inventory organization and material flow.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain clean, safe yard and work areas; monitor for hazards.
