Job summary

Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply and North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor, is seeking a Yard Associate at our local branch. You’ll review orders, pull product, and safely operate a forklift to load trucks, while keeping the yard neat and stocked for fast customer service.

This full-time, day-shift role offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with a health care plan, a matched 401(k), tuition reimbursement up to $10K per year, bonus opportunities, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position.
• Ability to lift/move heavy materials (up to 60lbs) on occasion.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Experience with building materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works inside the warehouse and outside in the yard.
• Accurately loads trucks for outgoing shipments.
• Inbound material receiving and put away.
• Able to complete work orders and receiving documents accurately.
• Pulls and prepares orders, packaging for shipment.
• Rotates yard stock and safely moves materials using a forklift.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment.
• Works with team to ensure branch success and provides excellent customer service.
