Job summary

Fenix Parts is seeking a Yard Utility Worker to support our warehouse and yard operations in Moultrie, GA. The role involves operating a forklift and other salvage yard equipment, assisting with parts removal from salvage vehicles, and maintaining yard cleanliness and safety.

You will also respond to customer requests and help with general maintenance tasks. We offer a full-time day-shift schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift and small equipment operation.
• Experience with heavy equipment operating and general maintenance.
• Understanding of mechanical equipment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other salvage yard equipment.
• Assist parts pulling and remove various automotive parts from salvage vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the yard, process metals, weigh core batteries, and remove Freon from scrap units.
• Respond to customer requests efficiently.
