Overview
Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A Yard Drivers $25 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours. Monday through Friday. Home daily.
You will drive late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, equipped with in-cab cameras to help ensure safety for all.
What you will do: Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management; couple and uncouple trailers; chock trailers as they are spotted for loading and unloading and pulling from doors.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10 am start time.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the past 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- English language proficiency is required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
Physical & Safety Requirements
- DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices
- Ability to accept responsibility for one’s own safety and the safety of others
- Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception; ability to adjust focus
- Physical demands: move frequently, stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
