This position prepares and stages outbound shipments for common carriers, and assists with scheduling and coordinating loads. The role requires a valid CDL, strong attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. You will be home every night!Responsibilities:Safely operate yard truck to move, spot, and position trailers at loading docks to support cabinet loading operationsCoordinate trailer placement to ensure efficient loading of productsGather, stage, and prepare finished cabinet loads for shipment via common carriersVerify load accuracy using shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing listsPerform basic inspections of trailers and equipment prior to movement (e.g., lights, brakes, doors)Maintain compliance with DOT, company safety policies, and warehouse proceduresCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff, shipping coordinators, and management to ensure on-time shipmentsMaintain a clean and organized yard, dock, and loading areaPerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and shipping operationsQualifications:Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving recordAbility to operate tractors, trailers, and yard equipment safelyAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cabinets and materialsBasic knowledge of shipping documentation and loading proceduresStrong safety awareness and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctualPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environment - preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)Ability to walk, stand, bend, and climb in and out of trailers for the entire shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse and outdoor yard environments, including varying temperaturesEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
