Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and active driver’s license.
• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Candidates must be 21 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer moves in the yard and coordinate yard activities to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Complete driver training programs (CDL-related) and DOT compliance.
• Ensure trailers are moved safely and efficiently with zero defects.
• Maintain safety policies and report any incidents or issues promptly.
• Assist with yard operations and training as needed across nearby sites.
