Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Yard Hostler in Waddell, AZ to move trailers with a terminal tractor, manage yard operations, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. The role requires adherence to yard rules and physical ability, plus a valid driver’s license.

Shift: Weekday Night, 5pm–5am, rotating; base pay $21.00 per hour, $1 shift differential, and a 5% quarterly bonus target. Full-time with 0–10% travel and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Yard Hostler operation experience.
• Prior exposure to CPG/Food & Beverage preferred.
• Able to demonstrate decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of computer systems or warehouse management systems.
• Active driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard using a Terminal Tractor.
• Manage yard operations and housekeeping to standards.
• Enforce yard rules and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate safe operation around moving equipment and varying conditions.
• Travel 0–10% as required.
• Permanent, benefits eligible.
