Job summary

EquipmentShare in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Yard Technician to keep the rental facility's yard organized and running smoothly. You’ll inspect equipment, document intake and release, perform routine maintenance, and assist with loading, unloading, and inventory control.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and on-call duties with additional compensation. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for outside work in

Qualifications

• Safety training required and PPE must be worn when applicable.
• Occasional lifting may be required, up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment condition and report issues.
• Document equipment intake and dispatch.
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and cleaning.
• Demonstrate, load and unload equipment.
• Maintain inventory systems.
• Support general yard/shop cleanup.
• Uphold safety standards and workplace rules.
• Assist the General Manager with other duties as needed.

Yard Technicians are responsible for helping the rental facility keep their storage yard in top shape by helping with maintenance and every day tasks of a rental facility.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Demonstrate, load and unload equipment
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures
• Serve as responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace
• Serve as an advocate for EquipmentShare’s culture and uphold our high standards of customer experience
• Assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager
