Job Details

Overview: The Yard Team Member assists the Yard Team Leader in coordinating and maintaining an efficient flow of traffic for all departments and keeps the yard organized with operable equipment.

Key Tasks:

• Assist with check-in procedures for new boats delivered to the dealership.
• Maintain an organized and professional showroom and yard.
• Operate hydraulic jacks or hoists as needed.
• Perform general maintenance, including small repairs, lawn, and dock maintenance.
• Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, and equipment, including trailer handling.
• Provide vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in delivering products to customers, including trailer boats and cleaning boats with appropriate products.
• Support forklift and detail teams when needed.
• Help set up boat shows and other promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
