Job summary

Nexteel Saha, LLC is seeking a dependable Yard Swamper to join our OCTG manufacturing team in Crosby, Texas. This role supports yard operations, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

You will load and unload trucks, organize and stage pipe and materials, assist forklift and crane operators, and help with inventory counts while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, construction, pipe yard, or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Safety procedures and PPE compliance required.

This position plays a critical role in supporting yard operations, material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Organize and stage pipe and materials in the yard
• Support forklift operators and crane operators during material movements
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the yard

Requirements

Previous industrial, construction, pipe yard, or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving materials

Forklift experience is a plus but not required
