Job summary

Lindamood Inc. is seeking a dependable Yard Associate to support daily yard operations, including safe movement, organization, inspection, loading, unloading, and quality control of heavy equipment and attachments.

The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, experience operating heavy equipment and forklifts, and the ability to identify equipment deficiencies to meet quality standards before delivery, rental, or sale.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment and diesel machinery.
• Six months of experience in construction, equipment, or industrial yard environments.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transport, and position heavy equipment and materials throughout the yard.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Perform pre-delivery and post-return inspections for readiness and quality.
