Job summary

LJ Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to support daily yard and facility operations within the Landscape and Mechanics Divisions. You will load/unload materials, move equipment, and help prepare for projects while keeping areas organized and safe.

Responsibilities include transporting parts and supplies, assisting with basic equipment maintenance, and ensuring proper storage and disposition of items. A valid driver’s license and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, material handling, trucking, or mechanics.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of equipment and follow verbal/written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other applicable equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials and equipment.
• Load materials, equipment, tools, and items for delivery to job sites or company locations.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver parts, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies from vendors and job sites as needed.
• Verify items are correct and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
