Qualifications

• Oversee dispatch operations and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, permits, and licensing.
• Supervise yard staff and drivers; approve timecards and vacations.
• Plan routes, load weights, and optimize transport setup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations and coordinate delivery schedules with Field Service teams.
• Review and manage load lists based on delivery sequence and product weights.
• Plan routes, calculate load weights, and ensure proper blocking and transport setup.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
• Manage fuel tracking, mileage reporting (IFTA), and state reimbursements.
• Schedule maintenance and coordinate with shop mechanics.
• Supervise and schedule yard staff and truck drivers based on workload.
• Approve timecards and manage vacation scheduling for team members.
• Coordinate with Patch & Finish team on product readiness for shipment.
• Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure smooth operations.
