Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Idaho seeks motivated warehouse associates to safely maneuver in yards and warehouses, locate and retrieve auto parts, and prepare orders for delivery. Responsibilities include completing paperwork, pulling work orders, tagging parts for destination, operating a forklift or order picker, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while coordinating with Sales and Dispatch.

Essential Job Duties

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find/Retrieve parts.
• Package parts for delivery/or prepping
• Any paperwork involved with the parts.
• Pull work orders.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars.
• Operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) or order picker.
• Pull and prep all sheet metal and other orders.
• Tag all parts properly for the destination.
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.
• Must display a positive and friendly attitude as well as appropriate behavior during work hours.
• Cleanliness must be maintained in the work area.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Requirements

• A working knowledge of automotive parts.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods.
