• HS Diploma or GED, strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods; repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare production molds.
• Placement of concrete into molds and forms.
• Patching and preparing products for delivery.
• Perform general yard maintenance, including cleaning work areas and organizing materials.
• Supports safe access to equipment, inventory and production areas.
• Ensures delivery readiness.
