Job summary

Techo-Bloc in Archdale, NC is seeking a Yard Coordinator to manage daily yard operations, forklift duties, and order processing in an on-site setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with a $60k-$65k annual salary. You will lead a team, maintain stock records and ensure timely shipping to customers.

The role requires forklift certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, organization and planning skills to thrive in varied weather and fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5–7 years related experience.
• Forklift Operator certification and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents; strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily yard activities.
• Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of products.
• Maintain stock records and schedules.
• Ensure orders ship on time to destinations in expected quantities.
• Manage and engage an experienced staff.
