FNS, Inc. is a logistics partner focused on trust, communication, and teamwork. We seek a hands-on professional to manage tarpaulin operations, oversee yard activities, and report status to customers, ensuring safety and efficiency across daily workflows.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics and strong MS Office skills, with exposure to TMS/WMS systems. You will collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to meet business objectives and deliver excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Tarpaulin Operation Management: coordinate and oversee the tarpaulin operation from receipt to completion; schedule labor; monitor daily activities; track inventory; prepare reports; ensure safety and procedures.
• Yard Link Quality Management: inspect yard links; verify cleanliness and condition; coordinate cleaning/painting; ensure proper labeling; report quality issues and keep records.
• Customer Reporting & Communication: prepare status reports; provide shipment readiness updates; convey customer requirements to yard personnel; support visits and audits.
• Yard Operations Support: assist daily yard operations and inventory control; coordinate inbound/outbound movements; maintain records; ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Tarpaulin Operation Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire tarpaulin operation process from material receipt to completion.
• Schedule and assign labor resources based on operational requirements.
• Monitor daily tarpaulin installation/removal activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Track material inventory and usage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports for management and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

2. Yard Link Quality Management:

• Conduct quality inspections of yard links prior to shipment.
• Verify cleanliness and overall condition of links.
• Coordinate and monitor link cleaning and painting activities.
• Ensure shipping marks, labels, and identification tags are properly applied.
• Identify and report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control records and inspection documentation.

3. Customer Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare operational status reports and quality reports for customers.
• Provide timely updates regarding shipment readiness and yard activities.
• Communicate customer requirements to yard personnel and contractors.
• Support customer visits, audits, and inspections as needed.

4. Yard Operations Support:

• Support daily yard operations and inventory control activities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Ensure yard organization, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to meet business objectives.

Qualification

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, yard operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $85,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
