Job summary

Agri Supply in Garner, NC is hiring for a full-time yard associate. You will greet customers, assist with loading purchases and maintain a safe, organized yard. Use a forklift or pallet jack to move inventory and load vehicles, and perform routine maintenance and safety checks.

Must have a high school diploma or GED; forklift experience or certification within 90 days is preferred. The role offers full-time hours with weather exposure and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assembly or related field preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the yard and upsell when possible.
• Review loading tickets and load merchandise into customers' vehicles.
• Move inventory on the yard using forklift or pallet jack and report damaged goods.
• Follow safety guidelines and perform audits and safety checks.
• Install hitch accessories and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Read blueprints and assemble components with hand tools.
