Job summary

Nautical Ventures Marine LLC is seeking a Yard Team Member to help keep our outdoor yards clean, organized, and safe while supporting daily operations at our Fort Lauderdale site.

You will operate forklifts and power tools, manage inventory, assist in loading/unloading, and work with the team to meet safety regulations and customer needs. This full-time role offers steady hours and opportunities to contribute to environmental compliance and efficient storage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate yard equipment safely.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for yard work.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication and customer service.
• Flexibility to work in variable weather.
• Basic inventory control and record-keeping (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Keep yard clean, organized and debris-free.
• Operate yard equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Support basic maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Assist customers by locating items in the yard.
• Organize items neatly according to guidelines.
• Report safety hazards or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Collaborate with yard team and other departments.
• Ensure proper disposal and environmental compliance.
