Doka USA is seeking a Yard Manager for the Tomball, TX area to oversee yard operations at the Southwest branch. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on safe, efficient, and organized yard performance.

Qualifications include 4+ years in yard/warehouse supervision, strong leadership, and excellent English skills; Spanish a plus. Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks, teach safety practices, and drive continuous improvement in inventory handling and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in yard, inventory or warehouse management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Excellent spoken, reading, and written English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong leadership, team management, and results orientation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn new computer systems, products, concepts and techniques.
• Organized leader who works independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient yard operation.
• Plan daily/weekly manpower needs based on demand and monitor overtime.
• Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and serviced regularly.
• Motivate, train, and develop a productive team; foster ownership of safety and operations.
• Provide safety training and enforce safety policies; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Monitor inventory quality, perform monthly QC, and report findings.
• Ensure proper tools and parts are available; source replacements as needed.
• Oversee yard/logistics for material flow and storage; maintain cleanliness and order.
