Michels Corporation is seeking a Yard Manager to ensure safety, quality, and efficient yard operations. You will lead a yard team to deliver excellent customer service and coordinate projects with operating company leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and organization, with focus on improving customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness across locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior management experience.
• 3-5 years of related mechanical repair on construction and/or agriculture equipment (desired).
• Bachelor's or Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in related field (desired).
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience within a yard.
• Lead a corporate yard team to provide excellent customer service and work product.
• Coordinate projects with operating company leadership and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
