You will own yard operations, inspect and prep equipment, and collaborate with the service team to keep workflows efficient and safe. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and readiness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations by organizing, tracking, and managing all yard equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to ensure it’s prepped for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment with strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and staying active.
