Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Yard Team Lead in Cedar Falls, IA to supervise the outside loading process and assist customers in the yard. You will ensure accurate receipts and loadings, maintain display standards, and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure gate staff verify outside loads properly.
• Keep yard clean and organized and promote loyalty programs.
