Job summary

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Yard Associate to perform a variety of manual yard tasks to support the branch operations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, safety, and teamwork to meet customer needs.

You will help greet customers, assist with inquiries, and support with deliveries when needed. This position requires the ability to work in all Texas weather conditions and contribute to yard maintenance and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in the yard
• Support mechanics, sales staff, and branch personnel
• Check customers in and out on the rental yard
• Assist with drivers loading and unloading
• Perform machine inspections inbound and outbound
• Ensure machines are in correct location and properly tagged
• Communicate with all departments as a team
• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness
• Be self-motivated and able to work in Texas weather
• Assist with wash bay duties and small deliveries
