Lofton Staffing Services is seeking a reliable Yard Hand / Manufacturing Support for our New Boston, TX location. This role supports the manufacturing yard, helps move materials, and ensures safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, organizing materials, and maintaining the yard and facility. A high school diploma or GED and prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings are required, along with the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check, physical screening, and drug screen.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials in the yard.
• Moving products and equipment around the facility.
• Performing general labor and facility upkeep as needed.
• Adhering to all safety protocols in an industrial setting.
