Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a General Labor - Yard Team Member to support daily plant and yard operations. You will load, move, and store materials, guide truck traffic, and help maintain a safe, clean yard to support on-time concrete production.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 0–2 years of related experience; familiarity with construction or industrial operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with construction or industrial operations a plus.
• Understanding of basic material handling and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to load, stack, and retrieve materials and supplies.
• Assist with aggregate, cement, and material handling.
• Monitor, document, and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and equipment area.
• Guide truck traffic and support safe movement of vehicles.
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations.
