Job summary

Doka is seeking a Yard Team member in Baltimore, MD, responsible for maintaining yard organization and cleanliness. This role involves material handling, supporting girder production, and adhering to safety protocols while working indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of performing physical tasks. Prior experience is beneficial but not required. Compensation starts at $17.50/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; previous experience in yard, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment is a plus.
• Must be open to training and hands-on guidance; able to follow instructions and demonstrate continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in fulfilling orders and preparing materials for delivery.
• Support production activities by transporting materials and tools.
• Operate machinery safely and conduct routine equipment checks.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
